Job description

Shape the people, culture, engagement and inclusion agenda across a high-profile organisation. Lead strategic OD and people projects with significant autonomy and senior stakeholder exposure. With an ambitious people agenda and significant investment in its People function, the organisation is focused on strengthening culture, engagement, organisational effectiveness and employee experience. Description • Lead organisational development and culture programmes aligned to business objectives. • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and employee experience activity across the organisation. • Act as lead for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, supporting the ongoing evolution of the EDI agenda. • Partner with senior stakeholders to build organisational and leadership capability. • Manage employee listening activity, engagement surveys and action planning processes. • Lead change and transformation projects from design through to implementation and embedding. • Support talent, succession and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capability. • Utilise workforce insights and people data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. Profile • A strong background in organisational development, employee engagement and culture change. • Experience leading EDI, employee experience or organisational effectiveness programmes. • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver organisation-wide initiatives. • Experience using workforce data and employee insight to drive improvements. • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities. • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. • Relevant HR, organisational development or people-related qualifications.
