Employee Relations Advisor • Manchester • Permanent • Hybrid Working • Up to £45,000 + Benefits We're partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor to join their growing HR team in Manchester. Supporting managers and employees across the UK, you'll play a key role in delivering expert ER guidance, managing complex casework and helping create a positive and high-performing workplace culture. As Employee Relations Advisor, you'll provide first-class ER support across a nationwide workforce, partnering with managers to navigate a wide range of employee relations matters. You'll manage cases from start to finish, offer practical employment law advice and contribute to HR initiatives that support business performance and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities • Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance, capability and conduct issues • Coach and support managers on employee relations best practice • Conduct investigations and support formal hearings and appeals • Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies and internal procedures • Analyse ER trends and provide recommendations to reduce risk and improve employee experience • Support organisational change projects where required • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and processes • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations nationwide To be successful in this role, you'll have: • Previous experience in an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or similar HR role with a strong ER focus • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice • Experience managing complex employee relations cases independently • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • The ability to influence, coach and challenge managers effectively • A proactive, solutions-focused approach • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable Please click the link to apply or contact Alex Wright @ Forward Role for more details As an industry leading, nationwide Marketing, Digital, Analytics, IT and Design recruitment agency, we are continually receiving new assignments to work on, so keep a close eye on our website, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages for a full list of current permanent and interim opportunities as well as marketplace news and fun stuff.
