Employee Relations Manager (Hybrid)

Agilis Search is partnering with a well-established organisation in Colchester seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ER professional who enjoys managing a varied caseload, providing practical advice to managers, and supporting a positive employee experience across the business. Key Responsibilities • Provide expert Employee Relations advice and guidance to managers. • Manage a broad range of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, organisational change, redundancy and TUPE. • Coach managers on employee matters and employment best practice. • Ensure HR documentation, policies and case records are accurate and compliant. • Support employment law matters, including ACAS, tribunal preparation and DSARs where required. • Identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies and processes. • Support HR projects, reporting and manager training. About You • Previous Employee Relations experience with the ability to manage complex cases independently. • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
