Employee Relations Specialist (Part-Time) Location: Leeds Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 FTE Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: Part-Time (3–4 days per week) Venn Group is supporting a well-established organisation in the recruitment of an Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking a flexible part-time role, with a particular focus on TUPE transfers, ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal case management. The RoleWorking closely with senior leaders and managers across the business, you will provide expert employee relations support and guidance, helping to manage risk while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and supporting TUPE projects from initiation through to completion. • Managing and supporting ACAS Early Conciliation claims. • Assisting with and coordinating Employment Tribunal cases. • Advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters. • Supporting organisational change, restructures and redundancy consultations. • Working with employment law partners and insurers to minimise employment-related risk. • Coaching managers on employee relations best practice and employment legislation. • Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance. About YouWe are keen to speak with HR professionals who can demonstrate: • Significant experience managing Employee Relations cases. • Strong hands-on experience with TUPE transfers, ACAS claims and Employment Tribunals. • Experience supporting organisational change, consultations and restructures. • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • CIPD Level 5 qualification, or currently working towards it.
