EMPLOYMENT BARRISTER, 2+ PQE, LONDON, £90,000 - £100,000 (DOE) – Join a top-tier Legal 500 law firm with a nationally recognised Employment team and an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality advice to clients across the public and private sectors. JOB REF: • Join a highly regarded Employment team undertaking advocacy across a broad range of employment litigation matters for an established and growing client base. You will represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, handling cases across the full spectrum of contentious employment law issues. • Take a leading role within the firm's internal advocacy function, delivering exceptional client service and strategic legal advice. • Support and mentor junior members of the team, helping to develop advocacy skills and contribute to the continued success of the practice. • Work closely with solicitors and clients across both the public and private sectors, providing commercially focused and practical solutions. • Applications are welcomed from Barristers with a minimum of 2 years' relevant employment law experience and a strong track record of Employment Tribunal advocacy. • You will possess outstanding advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills, together with excellent attention to detail and sound commercial awareness. • The successful candidate will be able to work independently whilst thriving within a collaborative and high-performing team environment. • Enjoy a highly competitive salary and benefits package, alongside a genuinely supportive, inclusive, and progressive working culture. • Be part of a national Employment team and contribute to the firm's ambitious growth plans while developing your career within one of the legal sector's leading employers.
