Key Requirements You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor with strong contentious employment law experience, ideally gained within a top-tier employment or partnership law firm. You will bring: • 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, partnership law or a closely related disputes-focused practice • Strong experience managing complex, high-profile and sensitive employment disputes • Excellent litigation, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution skills • Experience advising employers, employees, partners, directors or senior executives • Strong understanding of employment issues within financial services or professional services environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical judgement and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion • A collaborative, client-focused approach and the confidence to manage senior stakeholder relationships • Interest in business development, profile-building and contributing to the growth of the practice Role & Responsibilities As an Employment Solicitor, you will advise and represent clients across a broad range of complex employment and partnership matters, with a strong focus on contentious disputes. Your responsibilities will include: • Advising clients on high-value employment and partnership disputes • Managing complex cases involving employers, employees, directors, shareholders and partners • Handling matters involving whistleblowing, discrimination, team moves and partnership exits • Conducting negotiations and supporting dispute resolution strategies • Preparing for and attending court or tribunal proceedings where required • Working closely with colleagues across the firm on sensitive client matters • Building strong client relationships and providing clear, commercially focused advice • Supporting business development activity and helping grow the firm’s profile • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture Why Join?
