Opportunity for an Employment Associate to join a leading international law firm with its highly regarded Employment practice. The firm My client is a top-tier international law firm with a market-leading reputation for advising organisations at the forefront of technology, innovation and digital transformation. The firm is recognised for its collaborative culture, international platform and commercial approach to helping clients achieve their strategic objectives. The opportunity The Employment team is Legal 500 ranked and recognised as one of the UK's leading practices, advising prestigious private and public sector clients on their most complex and sensitive employment issues. The firm is now seeking an Employment Associate to join its London team as part of its continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on employee and employer matters, spanning both contentious and advisory work. The new hire will advise on executive-level appointments and exits, high-value cross-border projects, complex workforce restructurings, workplace investigations, outsourcing arrangements, trade secret protection, equality and diversity initiatives, and high-stakes Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
