An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (5–6 years’ PQE) to join its growing Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse client base, including both businesses and private individuals.

Key Responsibilities
• Advising employers on a wide range of employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, redundancies, TUPE and organisational restructures
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements and related documentation
• Supporting corporate transactions through employment law advice and due diligence
• Providing commercially focused, strategic advice tailored to clients' objectives
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development activities, including networking, client training and seminars
About You
You will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 5–6 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law and will possess:
• Strong technical expertise across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong client care and relationship management abilities
• A proactive and commercially aware approach
• The ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
