End-of-Life Care Registered Nurse - UHP

Role: Band 5 Registered Nurse Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week Location: University Hospitals Plymouth (on-site) or Mount Gould Hospital (on -site) Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale - Band 5 (aligned with AFC) £32,073 - £39,043 (pro rata), plus enhancements, and a whole list of Marie Curie employee benefits. What were looking for: • Registered Nurse on NMC Register • Experience in a palliative/End of Life care setting • Be person-centred and compassionate when caring for the person and those important to them • Ability to develop and evaluate care management plans alongside other healthcare professionals that meets the complex needs of the person, and those important to them • Proven understanding of the barriers and enablers to good communication and how challenges can be overcome • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations • Flexibility to provide care in the area with the most need.
