Endoscopy Staff Nurse

Role Summary The Endoscopy Staff Nurse is a skilled member of the team and will develop and maintain good patient care, organisational skills and assist in the provision of a high level of care in all clinical areas. This includes the assessment, implementation and evaluation of the patient care needs following agreed care pathways. Will assist with the provision of an environment conducive to clinical excellence and will aim to develop both personally and professionally to achieve their maximum potential. The post holder will need to be able to work in a collaborative manner within a diverse, multi-disciplinary team to ensure delivery of the Endoscopy service while being able to provide autonomous decision.
