Job description
Engagement support
• Supported by the team, help to ensure good engagement with and across the network
membership by helping to complete our engagement tracker, coordinate meetings with
members and other stakeholders, maintain our CRM, and supporting the coordination of
visits.
• Help to coordinate visits programme when a visit will involve multiple directors, networks or
teams.
• Contribute to cross-network activity, including developing briefings, articles, case studies and
member roundtables.
Project and event support
• Support the delivery of network projects to provide holistic, joined-up services for our
members.
• Assist other members of the network in co-ordinating larger events and meetings, including
member conferences. This may include sourcing and booking venues and liaising with events
staff on logistics.
• Support the delivery of our key ICB member forums, helping to collate, share and signpost
relevant information.
• Collate data and background research as required to support delivery of policy projects and
published outputs.
• Attend external events to provide logistical and administrative support as required.
• Provide flexible capacity to respond to evolving business priorities.
Administrative support
• Support with the delivery of key logistical requirements for the organisation, such
as organising travel and accommodation for leaders.
• Help fulfil processes for matrix and integrated working across NHS Alliance, for
example, organising key cross-organisational meetings, drafting minutes and ensuring actions
are fulfilled, and working with internal stakeholders to progress key activity.
• Process financial requests such as purchase orders.
• Manage the ICB Network email account, logging enquiries and ensuring all are dealt with
promptly and professionally.
• Support Network and cross-Network activity with administrative and logistical requirements
as necessary for example arranging internal and external meetings, arranging
catering, preparing and circulating papers before and after the meeting.
