This is an excellent opportunity to lead a skilled engineering team within a modern manufacturing facility, where you'll have responsibility for driving engineering performance, overseeing maintenance activities, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day engineering function, managing a team of engineers to ensure the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. Experience managing electrical systems, motors, pumps and industrial equipment would be advantageous. This role would suit an Engineering Manager or Supervisor with an Electrical or Electronics engineering background, who has experience within manufacturing and is looking to join a stable, growing business in a key leadership position.
