We Are Looking For Someone Who: • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. • Has a degree in English or a related subject. • Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English language and literature. • Has high expectations for student achievement and behaviour. • Is committed to inclusive education and ensuring every student reaches their potential. • Possesses excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. • Is committed to continuous professional development.
