REED Education are proud to be working in partnership with a 'Good' rated secondary school in Cambridgeshire, supporting them in the recruitment of a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a full-time, long-term basis.

The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor and track student progress effectively.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.
• Possess excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Be passionate about improving outcomes for young people.
• Have strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
