An outstanding Special School in Barking and Dagenham is seeking a highly organized, proactive Enrichment Co-ordinator to become the administrative heartbeat of the school's incredible experiential learning program. This school organises roughly 380 school trips a year to give their students unforgettable experiences. If you love spreadsheets, flawless logistics, and making big things happen behind the scenes, this is the perfect role for you. The Role & Responsibilities:This position owns the administration for a large enrichment and trips program. Think of it as being the ultimate travel agent and event planner for the school. • Logistics & Admin: Managing bookings, risk assessments, transport, and permissions. • Coordination: Keeping teachers, venues, and transport providers aligned. • Problem Solving: Staying one step ahead to ensure every trip runs safely and smoothly.
