Enrolment Support Administrator (Temporary) Location: York Contract: Temporary Assignment Start Date: Mid-August Hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break) Reed Further Education is seeking a number of reliable and detail-oriented Enrolment Support Administrators to support a College's busy enrolment period. Key duties will include: • Accurate data entry and updating of student records. • Checking enrolment documentation and information for accuracy. • Verifying student details and resolving discrepancies. • Supporting the enrolment process and administration team. • Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements. • Providing excellent customer service to students and staff where required. Essential Skills and Experience We are looking for candidates who: • Have strong administration and data-entry skills. • Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Are confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications. • Can work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. • Have good communication and organisational skills. • Are reliable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team. All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
