Prepare relevant e-Learning materials to complement classroom training. Keep e-Learning content updated and aligned with classroom standards. Use various tools to create interactive and intuitive e-Learning content. Manage installation, administration, and security of LMS materials. Ensure all e-Learning content is fit for purpose and learner-focused. Support the Digital Training team in creating and maintaining content. Lead on LMS maintenance and content uploads. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure training meets service needs. Communicate issues with e-Learning materials to the Digital Training team. Train and support the team in implementing new e-Learning software. Provide technical advice to external stakeholders on third-party tools.
