Job description

Prepare relevant e-Learning materials to complement classroom training. Keep e-Learning content updated and aligned with classroom standards. Use various tools to create interactive and intuitive e-Learning content. Manage installation, administration, and security of LMS materials. Ensure all e-Learning content is fit for purpose and learner-focused. Support the Digital Training team in creating and maintaining content. Lead on LMS maintenance and content uploads. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure training meets service needs. Communicate issues with e-Learning materials to the Digital Training team. Train and support the team in implementing new e-Learning software. Provide technical advice to external stakeholders on third-party tools. Manage own workload effectively and adapt to changing business needs accordingly. Deliver developments on time using project management tools. Build relationships with professionals to tailor eLearning to their needs. Ensure training is user-focused and flexible for varied learning styles. Promote e-Learning through websites, meetings, and creative marketing. Collaborate with the Digital Training team to deliver blended learning. Liaise with Digital Training and Business Change teams to align training with service changes. Pursue personal development in emerging e-Learning technologies.
