Equine Trainer

Equine Trainer • City of London Police Mounted Unit, Hampton Court • Until September (initially) • Full time with some weekend work required • Rate: £14.80 per hour PAYE Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the City of London Police Mounted Unit as a Stable Groom, supporting the care and welfare of operational police horses. This hands-on role involves daily grooming, feeding, mucking out, and maintaining high standards of horse welfare and yard management. Clipping would be a desirable skill. You will work as part of a disciplined, professional team helping ensure horses are fit, healthy, and ready for duty. We are looking for someone who: Has practical experience handling horses Is reliable, physically fit, and calm under pressure Takes pride in high standards of horse care and stable management Works well within a team environment Weekend and outdoor working required.
