My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented ER Lead (Trade Union Relations) on a Contract basis. We are looking to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Lead with exceptional expertise in Trade Union negotiations, industrial relations and organisational change to support the delivery of a high-profile workforce transformation programme. What's on offer: • Salary: £550 per day *negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require • Hybrid working • Contract type: Contract • Monday - Friday About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): • Lead complex Trade Union negotiations and formal consultation processes • Build and maintain constructive, collaborative relationships with recognised Trade Union representatives • Resolve high-profile and complex employee and industrial relations issues in line with Council policies, employment legislation and ACAS guidance • Develop and implement standard operating procedures, workflows and governance arrangements to improve consistency and compliance across ER activity About you: You will have the following experiences: • Extensive experience in a similar role • Extensive experience leading Trade Union negotiations • Significant experience managing complex employee relations casework and workforce disputes • Local Authority experience is essential How to apply • Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted. • Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
