Employee Relations Specialist / HR AdvisorRemote (North West & Midlands) £45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits Ongoing Temporary Contract An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist or HR Advisor to join a well-established organisation supporting a busy HR function during a period of continued growth. This role is predominantly home based, with flexibility to work from offices across the North West or Midlands and occasional regional travel where required. You'll provide expert Employee Relations support across a varied caseload, working closely with managers to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice. Responsibilities • Managing disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence cases. • Advising managers on complex Employee Relations issues. • Supporting long-term sickness and employee wellbeing cases. • Coaching managers to improve people management capability. • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. • Supporting wider HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Requirements • Previous HR Advisor or Employee Relations experience. • Strong UK employment law knowledge. • Proven experience managing complex ER cases. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to influence and coach managers. • Manufacturing or high-volume sector experience would be advantageous. • CIPD qualification desirable.
