Job description

An experienced ERP Transformation Consultant is required to lead a fast-paced fit-gap assessment of a Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. You will diagnose system performance issues, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver a clear roadmap to optimise finance, reporting, and operational processes. Client Details A leading company in the FMCG and beauty sector, delivering consumer-focused products across global markets. Currently focused on improving efficiency, reporting, and systems to support growth. Description • Diagnose performance and usage issues within Dynamics 365 Business Central • Facilitate cross-functional workshops across Finance, IT, and Operations • Assess system configuration, workflows, and user adoption • Review reporting capabilities, including Power BI integration • Evaluate finance processes and system alignment • Produce a detailed fit-gap analysis with actionable recommendations • Deliver a structured roadmap for ERP optimisation and improvement • Engage and advise senior stakeholders, including CFO-level contacts Profile • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central • Proven experience delivering ERP fit-gap assessments or diagnostics • Solid understanding of finance processes and reporting frameworks • Experience with Power BI and reporting optimisation • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders • Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer sectors preferred • Strong workshop facilitation and communication skills Job Offer • Competitive daily rate outside IR35. • Opportunity to lead a high-impact ERP transformation assessment.
