This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive property professional who enjoys managing the full sales journey, building client relationships, and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from offer through to completion. Working across both residential sales and lettings, you'll become an integral part of a supportive and ambitious team where exceptional customer service and attention to detail are highly valued. The Role As an Estate Agent, you will: • Managing residential sales and lettings negotiations • Progressing agreed sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and other stakeholders • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors • Generating new business opportunities where possible • Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems efficiently • Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times Estate Agent Requirements • Proven experience in sales progression within estate agency or residential property • Experience managing both sales and lettings negotiations • Familiar with Alto CRM or similar property software • Strong communication and organisational skills • Target-driven with a proactive approach • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) What's on Offer? • Basic salary: £30,000 per annum • On-target earnings: £40,000 per annum • 5 day working week • Mileage allowance: 45p per mile • Supportive, ambitious and friendly working environment • Opportunity to work across both sales and lettings • Long-term career development within a growing property business Apply Today!
