Estate Agents - Lettings Negotiator THIS ROLE IS 100% OFFICE BASED We are seeking an Estate Agent , Lettings Negotiator to join our clients growing team in Mansfield, working in a very busy lettings department your day will be varied and fun. As a key player in their lettings team, you will be responsible for booking property viewings, negotiating contracts, taking tenants references and ensuring all documents are updated, gaining new leads via 75% incoming enquires. What do you need as an Estate Agent , Lettings Negotiator: • No Experience required but must have with a good work ethic and enthusiasm to learn • High level of customer service • Good telephone manner and a positive attitude • Able to commute to Mansfield daily • Valid drivers licence • Excellent presentation What to expect as an Estate Agent , Lettings Negotiator • Earn £30k+ OTE • Minimum £470 per month Commission, rising . • Additional bonus for selling other products • Monday - Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9-1 • Career development and training • Commission from DAY 1 If you are a chatty, bubbly person looking for a new career, this opportunity could be ideal for you !!!
