Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Uxbridge. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months experience as a SalesNegotiator. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator: • Basic £20,000 - £22,000 • OTE up to £35,000 • Monday to Friday, every other Saturday • Structured career progression plan • Strong training programme • Support with industry qualifications • Great working culture • On site parking Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator: • Registering and qualifying potential buyers • Generating and conducting viewings • Canvassing to bring on new properties • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers • Preparing sales brochures • Developing relationships • Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis • Booking appointments • Always delivering exceptional customer service Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator: • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Sales Negotiator • High level of customer service skills • The desire to work well in a team • Sales and target driven • Ambitious and motivated with a winning mindset • Good telephone manner • Well presented • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is an independent Estate Agent, who offer a broad spectrum of property services including the sale, letting and management of residential property, as well as advice on the development and marketing of land and new homes.
