We're recruiting for an Estate Agent to join a fast-growing independent estate agency to work across both sales and lettings. The Role As an Estate Agent, you will: • Register buyers and tenants and match them with suitable properties • Carry out property viewings across sales and lettings portfolios • Negotiate offers and agree lets and sales • Support both sales progression and lettings processes • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and applicants • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the transaction process • Work in a target-driven environment focused on performance and results • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch Estate Agent Requirements • Experience within lettings or residential property sales • Strong negotiation and closing ability • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven attitude • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Full UK driving licence • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail What's on Offer? • Basic salary up to £20,000 • Realistic OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 • Clear career progression opportunities • Ongoing training and development • Supportive and ambitious team environment • Exposure across both sales and lettings functions Working Hours • Full-time position • Monday to Friday • Alternate Saturdays (with time off in lieu) Apply Today!
