Job Role: Estate Planning Administrator Location: West Yorkshire Industry: Legal Department Reference Number: 10366 Advertised by Recruit UK Recruit UK is working with a respected Financial Planning firm in West Yorkshire that is looking to appoint an Estate Planning Administrator to join its legal department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised Estate Planning Administrator who enjoys working in a client focused environment and supporting a busy team with a broad range of administrative and client servicing duties. This role is suitable for both Junior and experienced candidates, provided that you are currently working within a Legal Administration support role. The Role You will provide administrative support to the Private Client team, helping to ensure work is managed efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to clients. Responsibilities will include: • Writing Wills & Trust letters • Dealing with Probate procedures • Writing LPA letters (Lasting Power of Attorney) • Office Public Guardian registrations and competencies • Preparing client documentation and correspondence • Opening and maintaining accurate client files • Liaising with clients and third parties professionally and efficiently • Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries • Ensuring all records are maintained in line with compliance and data protection requirements • Assisting with document preparation, scanning, filing and general office administration About You The ideal candidate will have: • Previous administration experience within legal, professional services or financial services • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and client service skills • The ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines • Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management or CRM systems • A professional and approachable manner What’s on Offer • Competitive salary of up to £35,000 • Supportive and collaborative working environment • Opportunities for long-term career development • Modern office environment • Full training and ongoing support • Competitive benefits and holiday package To apply, please send your CV.
