Estates Officer

The Estates Officer will be responsible for engineering and building fabric related activities including building maintenance, grounds maintenance, painting, project management, minor works, plumbing, heating,ventilation and air conditioning, as well as elements of statutory compliance in relation to estates management. The post holder be supported by Senior Estates Officers and will advise and inform the Deputy Head of Estates on all technical matters and issues relating to engineering and building maintenance.
