They design and install specialist products including ballistic and blast-resistant doors, walls, windows and louvres for government, healthcare and critical-infrastructure projects. With continued growth in the estimating department, they are now recruiting an Estimator to support tendering activity across a diverse and technically interesting workload. The Role: Estimator You will support the estimating team with tender reviews, pricing and cost analysis across a wide range of security-focused projects. This role suits someone with early estimating experience who wants to progress within a specialist manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing schedules • Review tender documents, drawings and specifications • Calculate material, labour and subcontractor costs • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors • Maintain organised records of estimates and submissions • Work collaboratively with Sales, Project Management and Production teams Required Skills & Experience • Experience in an Estimator role, with all construction backgrounds considered • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Confident using Excel and estimation software, with Bluebeam or PlanSwift beneficial • Knowledge of AutoCAD beneficial • Organised, proactive and keen to develop within a growing department Why Join Them • Genuine progression into senior-level estimating • Supportive family-run culture • Work on unique, high-profile security and healthcare projects • Competitive salary and benefits package
