Event specialist

Join a leading independent consultancy and services provider as an Events Specialist - Investment Banking! Job Overview: We are looking for a professional to partner with sales and research teams to identify investor targets, coordinate directly with investors to schedule corporate meetings, and deliver high-value tailored events/ roadshows for key equity clients, while also supporting the broader team with ad hoc tasks as required. * Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, but must be flexible) * Daily Rate: Flexible * Contract Length: 1 Year * Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: * We are looking for a professional to partner with sales and research teams to identify investor targets, coordinate directly with investors to schedule corporate meetings * Deliver high-value tailored events/ roadshows for key equity clients * Support the broader team with ad hoc tasks as required * Eight experienced originators in London, while covering various European corporates on a sector basis * Role will be based on the Global Markets equity trading floor Key Requirements: * Must have relevant experience in financial services and direct experience within sales, corporate access or event origination or similar * Well organised and able to do multitask work while delivering to multiple time-sensitive deadlines * Must have excellent communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders, and various teams, including Sales and Research, Global Banking and Investor Relations/ Management at public companies * Willingness to take a flexible approach to work-day given the dynamic nature of the desk Additional Information * Interview Process: 2 Stages How to Apply If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
