Delegant provides professional association management, membership services and event management for organisations across the UK and internationally.
Our clients rely on us to deliver conferences, exhibitions, committee meetings, webinars and membership services that help their organisations grow and succeed.
We’re looking for an Events & Membership Coordinator to join our expanding Operations Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys managing projects, building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
The roleAs an Events & Membership Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of operational workstreams across multiple client accounts, working closely with colleagues to deliver successful events and membership services.
You’ll coordinate projects from planning through to delivery while ensuring every detail is managed professionally and efficiently.
Key responsibilitiesYour work will include:
• Managing membership projects, renewals and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinating committee meetings and governance support.
• Coordinating conferences, meetings, webinars and exhibitions.
• Managing delegate registration and communications.
• Coordinating speaker invitations, presentations and travel arrangements.
• Supporting sponsorship and exhibition activities.
• Liaising with venues, suppliers and clients.
• Preparing event documentation, reports and project plans.
• Monitoring timelines and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Supporting onsite event delivery throughout the year.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
About youYou’ll be someone who:
• Has experience in events, hospitality, association management or project coordination.
• Is exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Builds positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Communicates confidently and professionally.
• Takes ownership of your work and enjoys solving problems.
• Has strong attention to detail.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with membership organisations, conferences or event management would be advantageous but is not essential.
