Job Advert Do you love events, heritage, creativity and working with people? We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to help deliver an exciting new programme of seasonal events and visitor experiences at Callendar House. From festive celebrations and family activities to evening events and community engagement projects, you'll play a key role in bringing new experiences to life and helping grow audiences for one of Falkirk's most loved heritage venues. You'll Help To: • Support the planning and delivery of seasonal events and activities • Create welcoming and memorable visitor experiences • Assist with event set-up, operations and administration • Support marketing and audience engagement activity • Work with community groups, performers and partners • Contribute to the growth and profile of Callendar House We're Looking for someone Who Is: • Friendly and customer focused • Organised and proactive • Creative and full of ideas • A great team player • Comfortable working some evenings and weekends • Interested in events, culture, heritage or visitor attractions What You'll Gain: • Experience across event delivery, cultural programming and visitor engagement • The opportunity to help shape a new year-round events programme • A varied and rewarding role in a unique historic setting You will work 20 hours per week. This post is temporary until August 2028 due to service requirement.
