Executive Assistant to Senior Executive Leatherhead, Surrey (with occasional travel to London) £24.00 per hour PAYE + £3.48 per holiday pay = £27.48 per hour in total Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week | 8:00am start Long-term contract through to 2027 Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and providing exceptional support to senior executives? We have an exciting opportunity for a polished, proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated one-to-one support to a Senior Executive within a prestigious international organisation. This is a varied and rewarding position where you will become a trusted extension of the Executive, ensuring both business and occasional personal matters are managed seamlessly with the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. The RoleWorking closely with the Senior Executive, your responsibilities will include: • Providing dedicated one-to-one Executive Assistant support. • Managing a complex and ever-changing diary. • Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries. • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, presentations and documentation. • Taking ownership of meeting logistics and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. • Managing correspondence and prioritising communications. • Producing reports, presentations and documents using Microsoft Office. • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Supporting senior international employees and their families with relocation arrangements, including accommodation, schooling, transportation and settling into the UK. • Ensuring the Executive's day runs smoothly through excellent organisation and forward planning. Additional ResponsibilitiesThis role also includes occasional visits to London location Where you may be required to: • Coordinate contractors and service providers. • Arrange maintenance and facilities support. • Liaise with suppliers on the Executive's behalf. • Assist with practical family-related arrangements when required. • Ensure everything runs efficiently with complete discretion and professionalism. About YouYou will have: • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Directors, Executives or C-Suite leaders. • Exceptional diary management and organisational skills. • Experience coordinating complex UK and international travel. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach. • The ability to remain calm under pressure whilst managing multiple priorities. • Outstanding attention to detail. • High levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality. • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ideally SharePoint and DocuSign.
