Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Executive Search Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering high-quality hiring solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Client Management • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Understand client hiring needs, business objectives, and company culture. • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice. • Negotiate terms of business and recruitment fees. Candidate Sourcing & Management • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct search methods. • Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements. • Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future vacancies. Recruitment Process Management • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offer acceptance. • Prepare and advertise job vacancies across relevant platforms. • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients. • Facilitate offer negotiations and support onboarding activities. Business Development • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales calls. • Achieve individual and team revenue targets. Administration & Compliance • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. • Prepare recruitment reports and activity updates as required. Required Skills & Experience Essential • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or business development. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. • Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software. Desirable • Experience recruiting within a specialist sector (e.g., IT, Finance, Healthcare, Engineering). • Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices. • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
