Family Fee Earner / Family Solicitor – Manchester – Up to £65,000 An opportunity for a Family Fee Earner, Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a large national law firm within their brand-new Family Law department in Manchester. Based in a stunning modern office in the heart of Spinningfields, this is a rare opportunity to join a growing team at the ground floor and play a key role in the development of the department. The firm has an established national presence with offices across the UK and an excellent reputation for providing high-quality legal services. You will handle caseload of privately funded family matters, with a particular focus on high-value divorce and financial remedy work. The quality of the work is exceptional, with many matters involving substantial assets, business interests, pensions and complex financial arrangements. The Role: You will manage your own caseload and assist on all aspects of private family law matters including but not limited to: Divorce and separation proceedings Financial remedy matters High Value financial settlements Cohabitation disputes Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Private children matters Client meetings and relationship management Court applications and advocacy (where appropriate) Business development and networking The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience handling private family law matters.
