Job description

An ambitious, partner-led tax advisory firm is continuing its rapid growth and is looking to appoint experienced Tax Managers, Senior Managers and Directors across a range of specialist disciplines. This is a rare opportunity to join a modern, conflict-free advisory firm from the early stages of its growth journey. Backed by an established international network, the firm combines entrepreneurial freedom with global reach, giving clients direct access to senior specialists who deliver practical, commercially focused advice without the constraints of traditional multidisciplinary firms. Whether your expertise is in Corporate Tax, International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax, M&A Tax or another specialist area, you'll have the opportunity to play a genuine role in shaping the future of the business. The Opportunity This is more than a traditional tax advisory role. You'll work directly with Partners on technically complex projects for large listed businesses and international groups, while helping build a firm designed around collaboration, innovation and exceptional client service. You'll have genuine influence over how the practice evolves, contribute to developing new service offerings and work in an environment where ideas are encouraged and bureaucracy is kept to a minimum. If you're looking for greater autonomy, closer client relationships and the opportunity to help build something different, this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality tax advisory services across your specialist area. • Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic adviser on complex tax matters. • Lead and deliver technically challenging advisory projects for large corporate and international clients. • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple tax disciplines to provide integrated solutions. • Work directly with senior leadership to shape client strategy and develop innovative solutions. • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and support new business development. • Coach, mentor and develop junior colleagues, helping build a collaborative and high-performing team. • Contribute to the continued development of the firm's technical capability, culture and long-term growth. About You • ACA, CTA, ATT, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification. • Strong technical expertise within your chosen area of tax. • Experience delivering advisory work within a professional services environment. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • A commercial mindset with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders. • A collaborative approach and the ambition to help build a growing business. • A genuine interest in working within an entrepreneurial, partner-led environment where your contribution will have visible impact. Why Apply? Joining at this stage offers something few opportunities can. You'll have the chance to help shape the culture, influence how the business grows and work alongside experienced Partners who have built their reputations at some of the industry's leading firms. You'll benefit from direct client exposure, genuine autonomy, a collaborative environment and the backing of an international network, while avoiding many of the conflicts and bureaucracy associated with larger multidisciplinary firms. If you're looking for more than just your next role and want to be part of building one of the UK's most exciting tax advisory businesses this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
