The Opportunity This is more than a traditional tax advisory role. You'll work directly with Partners on technically complex projects for large listed businesses and international groups, while helping build a firm designed around collaboration, innovation and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality tax advisory services across your specialist area. • Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic adviser on complex tax matters. • Lead and deliver technically challenging advisory projects for large corporate and international clients. • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple tax disciplines to provide integrated solutions. • Work directly with senior leadership to shape client strategy and develop innovative solutions. • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and support new business development. • Coach, mentor and develop junior colleagues, helping build a collaborative and high-performing team. • Contribute to the continued development of the firm's technical capability, culture and long-term growth. About You • ACA, CTA, ATT, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification. • Strong technical expertise within your chosen area of tax. • Experience delivering advisory work within a professional services environment. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • A commercial mindset with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders. • A collaborative approach and the ambition to help build a growing business. • A genuine interest in working within an entrepreneurial, partner-led environment where your contribution will have visible impact.
