Extended Services Manager - Breakfast & After School Club | Primary School | Southwark | September Start Location: Southwark, South East London Start Date: September Working Hours: Monday-Friday • Breakfast Club: 8:00am-9:00am • After School Club: 2:30pm-6:00pm Candidates who are only available for the afternoon shift (2:30pm-6:00pm) are also encouraged to apply. SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated and organised Extended Services Manager to lead the breakfast and after school provision at a welcoming primary school in Southwark from September. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone with a passion for creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive before and after the school day. The Role As Extended Services Manager, you will: • Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after school clubs. • Plan and deliver a range of fun, creative and inclusive activities for primary-aged children. • Ensure the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of all pupils in your care. • Supervise and support playworkers, maintaining high standards of care across the provision. • Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and school staff. • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies are followed at all times. • Work closely with the school leadership team to develop and enhance the wraparound care provision. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: • Has previous experience working in a breakfast club, after school club, nursery or similar childcare setting. • Has experience leading or supervising a team. • Is enthusiastic, reliable and highly organised. • Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills. • Is committed to providing high-quality childcare in a fun, safe and supportive environment.
