Extended Workforce Adviser • Hourly Rate: £20 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay • Location: Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office (Wednesday & Thursday) • Job Type: Contract (3–6 months initially, with potential for extension) • Start Date: August 2026 We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our prestigious clients specialist Resourcing team as an Extended Workforce Adviser. This role is central to our HR operations, supporting our freelance and contingent workforce. This vacancy has arisen due to internal promotions within the team, highlighting the dynamic and evolving nature of our department. Day-to-day of the role: • Manage a daily caseload of contingent workforce and freelancer queries. • Provide advice on policies, processes, contracts, timesheets, and payment-related matters. • Support freelancers in navigating systems and locating contractual information. • Work within HR case management systems to track and resolve enquiries. • Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and compliance standards. • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes. • Escalate complex issues to specialist teams where required. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience using an HR case management system on a daily basis. • Demonstrable experience working with SAP. • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience managing a high volume of queries in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Understanding of governance, regulation, and compliance best practices. • Knowledge of employment and tax legislation relating to freelancers and contingent workers is desirable but not essential.
