Job description

Join a leading FM company as a fabric engineer/handyperson in SW London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a large site. • Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) plenty of overtime available on site. • £32,000 - £33,000 + company benefits • Large static site Responsibilities: • Painting and Decorating • Carpentry - Door hanging • Basic electrical - lamp/ballast changes • Assembling furniture • Basic Plumbing • Drainage & flushing • Fire alarm/door testing • Grouting & Plastering • Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc. Requirements: • Experience as a building services fabricengineer/handyperson in a commercial setting • Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ Painting & Decorating preferred Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
