Position: Facilities Coordinator
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time, 9am - 5:00pm, Office Based

What You'll Do:
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
• Team Leadership: Manage and support a small administrative team, providing guidance, allocating workloads, monitoring performance, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently
• Facility Management: Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and security of our facilities
• Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and suppliers
• Budget Management: Assist in tracking and managing budgets related to facilities
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and standards are met and upheld
• Support Team: Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:
• Leadership Skills: Experience managing, mentoring or supervising a small team, with the ability to delegate effectively, manage workloads and support team development
• Experience: Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role is highly desirable
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members and vendors effectively
• Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
• Commercial Awareness: Ability to monitor costs, identify efficiencies and contribute to effective budget and resource management
