Signature Recruitment is recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator on behalf of a prestigious London organisation. This is an immediate start opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role. This full-time, office-based temporary role is available for an initial three-month contract, paying £22.32 per hour. Joining a friendly and supportive team, the successful candidate will coordinate workplace improvements and facilities activities across a busy office environment. The role offers plenty of variety while helping to create a safe, welcoming and professional workplace. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and managing competing priorities. Alongside holiday pay, there is the opportunity to build valuable project coordination experience, develop stakeholder relationships and broaden facilities management skills. Facilities Coordinator – Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate a variety of workplace improvement and maintenance projects from planning through to completion. • Monitor project progress and keep colleagues and stakeholders informed throughout delivery. • Coordinate contractors on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption. • Identify maintenance issues, arrange repairs and help maintain high-quality working environments. • Raise purchase orders, manage supplier administration and support project documentation. • Communicate planned works clearly and professionally while coordinating furniture, space changes and office improvements. Facilities Coordinator – Key Skills: • Previous experience coordinating facilities, workplace or property-related activities. • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with contractors and stakeholders. • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
