Facilities Support Worker

Portering duties The safe movement of people and goods including (but not limited to): General Portering duties such as Patients moves (including babies, children, and adults). Portering of mail, medical records, pharmacy supplies, bloods, specimens, supplies., waste, linen, furniture. Patient meal delivery to ward areas. Domestic Duties General domestic cleaning functions high / low level dusting, vacuuming, mopping, floor scrubbing and drying with floor machines, floor burnishing, deep cleaning and HPV set up. Prepare and provide patient hot and cold drinks to patients in ward areas or as otherwise directed. Catering Duties General kitchen support duties such as washing up, cleaning down, moving, and rotating stock items and food. Preparation such as preparation of sandwiches, salads, fruits and beverages for restaurant and hospitality function. Food service and food replenishment and cash handling till operator, within the restaurant when required. General cleaning to front of house servery area, tables, crockery, cutlery, vending machines.
