FACTORY OPERATIVE We are currently recruiting for a Production Worker to join the Mould Department of our busy client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract. Basics: • Location: Whilst based in Plymouth your own transport would be beneficial due to location • Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour • Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:00 • Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate Key Responsibilities: • Working within the mould department to support production operations • Handling and moving moulds and production materials • Following health and safety procedures at all times • Maintaining a clean and organised work area • Supporting the wider production team as required What We're Looking For: • A strong work ethic and positive attitude • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25kg • Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential • Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail • Own transport is recommended due to the site location What's on Offer: • £12.71 per hour • Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends • Temporary to permanent opportunity • Supportive team environment • Immediate start available If you're looking for a hands-on role and have the physical capability to thrive in a busy production environment, we'd love to hear from you.
