Factory Operative Location: Yeovil Pay: £13.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 4:30pm Contract: Temp to Perm Weekly Pay We are currently recruiting a Factory Operative to join a manufacturing site based in Yeovil. Previous experience within a factory or warehouse setting is essential for this role, allowing you to hit the ground running. This role is based within an active manufacturing facility that features machinery operation, including plastics and injection moulding processes. What You’ll Be Doing: • Picking and packing products accurately to company standards. • Carrying out basic assembly and checking components for quality. • Operating machinery and equipment, including injection moulding processes. • Moving materials and preparing items securely for production. • Using handheld scanners and completing basic site documentation. • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation.
