This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, likes being kept busy, and wants the chance to secure a long-term permanent role within a supportive and stable business. Whether you’ve worked in manufacturing, warehousing, production, assembly, or you’re simply someone with the right attitude looking to get into a new industry, we want to hear from you. The Role Working as part of a busy production team, you’ll be involved in a variety of day-to-day manufacturing duties, supporting the smooth running of operations and ensuring products are prepared to a high standard. Responsibilities will include: • Working within a fast-paced production environment • Operating machinery and equipment (full training provided) • Assisting with general manufacturing and production processes • Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure standards are met • Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch • Supporting with general housekeeping and site organisation • Working closely with team members to meet daily targets What We’re Looking For • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic • Reliability and a willingness to learn • Good attention to detail • Ability to work well as part of a team • Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential What’s On Offer • Temp to perm opportunity with long-term potential • Full training provided • Stable Monday–Friday working pattern • Friendly and supportive working environment • Opportunity to secure a permanent role within a growing business
