Factory Process Manager £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus Scheme Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm | Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm Tetbury Are you a keen individual with factory management experience who a passion for process improvement and continuous improvement? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer where you'll play a key role in driving factory improvement projects. Working closely with the Senior Management and wider Factory Leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and documenting standard operating procedures, monitoring compliance, analysing operational issues, and implementing sustainable improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role would suit an ambitious individual who is looking to broaden their project management experience while making a genuine impact across the factory, there is excellent scope to develop into a broader factory improvement position with increasing responsibility over time.
