Factory Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production processes, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained throughout operations. Duties • Operate various production equipment with attention to safety and efficiency • Assist in the preparation and assembly of products according to company standards • Ensure compliance with HACCP and other food safety regulations at all times • Conduct routine quality checks and report any issues immediately • Maintain cleanliness of work areas in line with hygiene standards • Support in the movement of ingredients and finished products within the facility • Perform basic mechanical tasks, such as troubleshooting minor equipment faults • Record production data accurately using basic maths skills for measurements and quantities Requirements • Prior experience or knowledge is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided • Basic understanding of production processes and safety standards • Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for handling equipment maintenance is desirable • Ability to perform basic maths calculations accurately in a fast-paced environment • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail • Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting moderate loads • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow strict health and safety guidelines • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates This role offers an engaging opportunity for individuals interested in production, quality assurance, and manufacturing processes within a professional environment committed to safety and excellence.
