Family Law Paralegal Birmingham (Office-Based) | £25,000 - £28,000 We're looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal/ Assistant to join our busy and growing team in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both Private and Public Family Law, including Legal Aid matters, who can provide exceptional support while delivering outstanding client care. What You'll Need • Previous Family Law experience (essential) • Experience in both Private and Public Family Law (essential) • Knowledge of Divorce, Financial Remedies, Child Arrangements, Consent Orders, Pre/Post-Nuptial Agreements • Strong client care and communication skills • Experience supporting vulnerable clients • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems • Knowledge of Legal Aid processes and LAA Portal The Role • Supporting Fee Earners and Solicitors on a varied caseload • Drafting statements, court documents and legal correspondence • Preparing bundles and managing case files • Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and external agencies • Managing key dates and ensuring compliance with court directions • Assisting with Legal Aid applications and funding matters What's on Offer?
