Your responsibilities will include: • Advising on separation and divorce matters • Assisting clients with financial provision and asset division issues • Managing child-related matters where appropriate • Supporting clients through sensitive and often complex situations • Building and maintaining strong client relationships • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider family law team • Delivering commercially focused and practical legal advice About you This role would suit a Family Solicitor who: • Has 2+ years' PQE in family law • Is confident managing a varied caseload • Has experience advising on divorce, separation and financial matters • Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills • Can work independently while contributing to a wider team • Is empathetic, organised and solutions-focused • Takes a proactive approach to client service and business development The environment You'll be joining a respected and growing Family Law team in Aberdeen, recognised for its collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality advice.
