Family Solicitor – Nuneaton We are working with a well-established and highly regarded Nuneaton-based law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join its busy and expanding Family Department. Key Responsibilities • Managing your own caseload of pre-proceedings and private family matters. This caseload consists of Divorce and financial settlement, Child arrangements, Domestic violence protection, non-confrontational dispute resolution, financial matters arising as a result of cohabitation breakdown, pre-and post-marital agreements, Cohabitation agreements, Care proceedings. • Conducting advocacy in case management • Taking detailed client instructions and providing clear, targeted legal advice • Drafting applications, statements and supporting documentation • Briefing and working closely with Counsel where appropriate • Delivering a consistently high standard of client care About You • Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE • Strong technical knowledge and experience managing a mixed caseload • Confident working independently while contributing positively to a team environment • Experienced in advocacy, drafting and court proceedings • Organised, proactive and client-focused Benefits • Competitive salary • Hybrid working • Generous benefits package • Supportive management and clear career progression pathways Apply This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a progressive and well-established law firm offering high-quality work and a supportive working environment.
