Female Night Support Worker

We are looking for a confident Female Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working40.25hours per week picking upNight shifts (7:30pm to 7:45am), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atThe Gables.***Due to a genuine occupational need to support Female residents, we are currently looking for female applicants***. Located in the heart of a residential community in Colchester, Gables is a specialist residential service supporting people with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for those who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do. Your day-to-day • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care • Provide guidance & encouragement through phys ical & emotional support • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way • Assist with medical & welfare needs • Report on medical & welfare needs as required • Safeguard • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all Why Cygnet?
